བྷ་ནུ་བྷཀྟ་ཨ་ཙརྱ། ཕུལ་བྱུང་གི་སྙན་ངག་པ་བྷ་ནུ་བྷཀྟ་ཨ་ཙརྱ་ནི་ནུབ་བལ་ཡུལ་གྱི་ཏ་ན་ཧུ་ཞེས་པའི་ས་ཁུལ་དུ་བྲམ་ཟེའི་རིགས་ཕ་དྷན་ཛནྱ་ཨ་ཙརྱ་དང་མ་དྷརྨ་ཝཏི་དེ་བིའི་བུར་སྤྱི་ལོ་ ༡༨༡༤ ལོར་སྐྱེས། སྐབས་དེར་བལ་ཡུལ་དང་རྒྱ་གར་གྱི་ས་གནས་ཕལ་ཆེ་བར་སཾསྐྲི་ཏའི་སྐད་ཡོངས་སུ་ཁྱབ་ཡོད་པས་སྐབས་དེའི་རིགས་མཐོ་བའི་མི་ཁོ་ནས་སཾསྐྲི་ཏའི་སྐད་ཐོག་སློབ་སྦྱོང་བྱ་རྒྱུའི་གོ་སྐབས་བརྙེད་ཅིང་ཧིན་དུའི་ཆོས་དང་ཆོས་ཁང་རྣམས་ཀྱི་བདག་པོར་གྱུར། དེ་བཞིན་དུ་སཾསྐྲི་ཏའི་སྐད་ཡིག་མི་ཤེས་མཁན་རྣམས་ནི་རང་གི་ཆོས་ལུགས་དང་འབྲེལ་བའི་བསྟན་བཅོས་རྣམས་ཀྱང་གོ་མ་ཐུབ་པ་ཞིག་ཏུ་གྱུར།

Tring…. Tring…. Tring…. For most people this sounds just like the ringing of any other bell. However for me, the bell speaks a different tune. And it says different things each time it rings. Early in the morning at 5 AM it shouts out, “Hey! You have slept a lot. Now wake up, freshen up and start your day.”
